Refund policy
RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON within 14 days from the date of delivery based on carrier tracking data. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We are NOT responsible for damage caused by carrier or a customer. We will review each case separately and decide if we will issue replacement models or offer a discount toward future purchases. If case of full refund, we will require customer to show a poof of damaged goods and disposed models (broken to pieces beyond reasonable ability to repair). Smaller damages (i.e. broken wheel etc) that can be easily repaired will not be replaced. At our discretion we might offer you a discount towards next purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any return requests. We reserve right to deny any further sales at our sole discretion.
